A cheerful slice of 1958 Dell humor, this issue of Looney Tunes features a cover by Ralph Heimdahl that puts Bugs Bunny front and center as a supremely confident — if questionable — plumber, juggling a wrench and a leaking pipe fitting while perched atop a jumble of pipes and toolboxes. A baffled Elmer Fudd looks on in his own workman's overalls, toolbox in hand, clearly unconvinced that Bugs has the situation under control. It's a warm, wonderfully expressive cover that captures the duo's enduring comic chemistry for just a dime.
