This 1957 Dell edition pairs Bugs Bunny and a scowling Elmer Fudd in a wonderfully mischievous cover scene — Bugs crouches low with a paintbrush, cheerfully drawing a yellow line right across Elmer's path, while a paint can sits nearby and Elmer glowers down in frustration. Cover art by Ralph Heimdahl captures the duo's timeless dynamic with bright, clean colors that pop right off the page. At just ten cents, this was a terrific slice of animated-to-comics fun for any young Looney Tunes fan in 1957.
