Star Comics #7 is an anthology issue containing multiple stories. "Sources of Famous Quotations" presents a historical narrative about Brutus joining a conspiracy to assassinate Julius Caesar, his best friend, with the conspirators plotting the emperor's death, followed by Mark Antony and Octavius organizing an army to punish the conspirators after Caesar's death. Another story titled "Flying Glass" depicts behind-the-scenes Hollywood drama involving actress Diana getting a close-up with Gloria Grey, star of the picture, with production difficulties including a malfunctioning arc light that threatens to crash down on the actresses. The issue also includes "MBS," a humorous comic strip showing a character fishing in the rain with small creatures nearby, catching and releasing fish throughout the sequence.
