Dark Horse's Living Hell keeps its delightfully unsettling momentum going with issue #3, and this cover sets the tone perfectly — a grinning, glowing-eyed figure in a crimson top hat leans out of a taxi cab, cigar dangling from his teeth, framed by ornate wrought-iron gates against a smoldering orange sky.
