Little Max Comics #9

This is an anthology comic featuring multiple stories. "Little Max in Heat Treatment" shows Little Max encountering the North Wind's baby brother and engaging in playful antics in a snowy setting. "Captain Tootsie Catches Hijackers" by Bill Schreiber depicts Captain Tootsie and his young friends overhearing criminals planning a robbery at a sweet shop, leading them to alert police and help intercept the criminals on Route 3, resulting in the hijackers' capture. "Little Max's Make-It Shop" provides instructions for children to construct a parachute toy for a small action figure using string, cloth, wood, and glue.
