Little Max Comics #12

This issue contains two stories. "A Tale of a Tail!" tells how Rags Rabbit, a starving rabbit during a famine, gains access to the King's palace kitchen through the help of a well-fed rabbit and subsequently becomes so fat that palace guards mistake him for someone else and shoot him with a magic arrow, severing his tail and causing him to lose his beautiful long tail forever—a cautionary tale told by Grandfather Bunny to young Tiny Bunny. "Little Max in Rodeo Riot" follows Little Max at a rodeo where a clown teases a bull, causing chaos; Max attempts a daring rescue of a boy named Archibald trapped in a burning building by climbing a ladder to save him from the flames.
