As part of Dark Horse's comprehensive reprint series, it showcases John Stanley's signature blend of childhood humor and imaginative storytelling from the golden age of comic books.
In "The Big Little Girl," Lulu and Tubby stroll down the street when a sudden gust sends Lulu’s head flying—only for Tubby to hesitate when Gloria’s hat takes the same fate. Written by John Stanley and illustrated by Irving Tripp, this 2010 Dark Horse gem captures the classic charm of the Little Lulu series with its playful absurdity and timeless sibling-like rivalry. The cover by Irving Tripp perfectly mirrors the comic’s whimsical chaos.
