Richie helps Gloria shop for a surprise party for Tina, a friend of hers who just moved out of town. However, Richie upgrades Gloria's orders behind her back. Later on, Gloria becomes furious that she finds out what Richie has done. Also, there's no room for a party either. Richie then decides to send one of Gloria's neighbors away so she can have room for a party but he inadvertently sends Tina away.
