Harvey's polka-dot heroine is in fine form in this June 1994 installment, as the cover promises "The Amazing Power of the Will-Power Dot!" — and Dot is already delivering, hoisting a wide-eyed, protesting blonde girl clean off the ground while coolly admitting she knows she can't do it. A poster for the mysterious Rajah Poojah adds an extra layer of intrigue to the cheerful staged scene, making this a fun, fast-moving entry in the Harvey Classics line with art by Sid Couchey.
