Harvey Classics' Little Dot #3 (June 1993) captures everything delightful about Dot in a single glorious image: the polka-dot-dressed girl clutches a packet of "Polka Dot Seeds" as a colorful explosion of dots — red, yellow, green, blue, and more — bursts from the bag and rains down around her, even dotting the little house below. It's a cover brimming with the cheerful, dot-obsessed personality that made this Harvey character so endearing, rendered with bright, clean charm. With interior work by writer Ralph Newman and artist/inker Sid Couchey, this issue is a warm slice of early-1990s all-ages comics fun.
