In "Little Archie and the Laughing Ghost," a 1986 Archie digest finds Little Archie, Veronica, and Mr. Lodge at the family lodge on Arrowhead Lake, where a visit to Coyote Canyon brings them face-to-face with the Abominable Snowman—Bigfoot. When Mr. Lodge sees a chance to capture the creature and turn him into a star player for his struggling baseball team, Little Archie and Veronica grow uneasy, leading to a quiet race against time to warn Bigfoot before it's too late. Written and illustrated by Bob Bolling, with colors by Barry Grossman and lettering by Bolling himself, the cover by Dexter Taylor captures the whimsical mystery of the tale.
