A drummer keeps the beat at the front of the stage as a delighted blonde girl watches from the foreground, and a banner teases that Little Sabrina, "that cute little witch," also appears inside among the all-new stories. At a quarter a copy, this oversized issue looks like a cheerful, energetic good time from start to finish.
