"Captain Condor," a space adventure by Frank S. Pepper, follows a space pilot from the year 3000 who, along with his companion Pete, lands on the moon Zor to search for fuel for their vessel; after being captured by the Koptarch ruler, Condor and Pete escape to rescue their friend Zodan from a lift. A second story features two characters, Dirk and Hal, attempting a daring wartime infiltration of the Tower of London, where they must don soldier disguises and coordinate with fellow conspirators to gain access to the heavily guarded structure. The issue also includes "Jingo Jones and His Invisibiliser" by Tom Stirling, a humorous tale about a schoolboy who discovers an invisibility device that causes comic mishaps when his stationmaster accidentally uses it, and concludes with a "World-Wide Quiz" featuring illustrated trivia questions on geography, history, and natural subjects.
