This issue features three main stories. "Captain Condor: Space-Man of the Unknown Moon" by Frank S. Pepper follows the daring space pilot Captain Condor as he lands on an uncharted moon and plans to build a secret base, but he and his crew members Pete and Dave must search for radioactive fuel to power their rocket ship. A second story depicts a lion attacking Cardoc and guards at what appears to be a Roman or classical setting, with a traitor named Platus revealed to have released the beast. The issue also includes "Jingo Jones and His Invisibiliser" by Tom Stirling, in which a schoolboy named Jingo Jones discovers an invisibiliser device and uses it to play pranks at school, including vanishing his bicycle and causing mayhem when a sergeant mistakes him for a student. Additionally, the comic contains a "World-Wide Quiz" featuring fifteen trivia questions on topics ranging from vehicles to geography.
