Lion #19 is an anthology comic featuring multiple stories. "Outlaw of Space" by Frank S. Pepper follows Captain Condor as he pursues the villain Condor through space in the year 3000, with the captain's ship running low on fuel and engaged in a dangerous chase. A second story depicts Sergeant Tempest executing a daring military scheme involving a parachute drop to steal dynamite from a German camp during wartime. "Jingo Jones and His Invisibiliser" by Tom Stirling tells of a schoolboy who uses an invisibility device to play pranks, particularly involving riding an invisible horse to and from school while evading his prefect Hoggins. The issue also includes a "World-Wide Quiz" section with trivia questions about geography, natural history, and general knowledge.
