Pepper follows Captain Condor, exiled to Titan as punishment by a ruthless Earth dictator in the year 3000; Condor escapes with two fellow prisoners and launches a rocket-ship to return home, facing peril from the vessel's overheating hull as it re-enters Earth's atmosphere and encounters Nazi forces. "Jingo Jones and His Invisibiliser" by Tom Stirling depicts Jingo's misadventure when he uses Professor Uncle Sep's invisibility device to bypass a school janitor and escape punishment, leading to chaos when he cannot control the gadget. The issue also includes a World-Wide Quiz with questions on geography, animals, and trivia, plus additional stories and features typical of the anthology format.
