Lion #10

Lion #10 is an anthology featuring multiple stories and features. "Outlaw of Space" by Frank S. Pepper follows Captain Condor, exiled to Titan for opposing a ruthless dictator, as he and his companions encounter hostile alien creatures called Kipplegriffs. "The Lone Commandos" depicts Sergeants Tempest and Cramner executing a daring raid to destroy a German munitions depot and radar station during World War II, culminating in pursuit by an armoured train. "Jingo Jones and His Invisibiliser" by Tom Stirling presents the titular character and his companion Bob using an invisibility device to prevent a science master from being humiliated when his experimental apparatus malfunctions at a boathouse. The issue also includes a "World-Wide Quiz" feature with visual riddles covering geography, history, culture, and general knowledge.
