Snarky Parker heads to the fishing pond for a day of fun, but returns to discover that his friend Butter has been kidnapped by Ronald R., a scheming rat demanding a ransom of 55½ pounds of assorted cheese. With help from Paw and a trusty magnifying glass, Snarky sets out to track down the culprit and rescue Butter before it's too late.

Snarky Parker faces eviction when a loud-mouthed bailiff arrives with a notice, but the pint-sized Pee-Wee Powerhouse steps in to help—not with his fists, but with a brazen wager about who has the mightier voice. When the two put their booming abilities to the test, the results prove louder than anyone expected.
