Li'l Genius is up to no good on the cover of this 1955 Charlton charmer — the mischievous red-headed tot is gleefully jabbing a pin into a car tire while a horrified adult leaps back in alarm, a deflated balloon nearby hinting this prank may have been part of a bigger plan. Harry Betancourt's lively linework captures both the kid's gleeful determination and the grown-up's pure panic with a lot of warmth and comic timing. At a dime a copy, issue #6 is a delightful slice of mid-1950s all-ages humor.
