The slapstick medical mayhem of Les Toubibs continues in this fourth volume from Bamboo Édition, subtitled Sur les dents ! — a French pun that perfectly captures the dental disaster unfolding right on the cover. A wild-eyed doctor in a white coat recoils in alarm as a startled elderly patient sends her false teeth flying through the air in a spectacular chain of beads and dentures, with an eye-examination chart hanging on the yellow wall behind them. The work of Bélon, Gézé, and Sirvent, this 2006 entry keeps the series' signature blend of absurd humour and affectionate pokes at the medical world in fine form.
