Les super méchants #6

The sixth volume of Aaron Blabey's Les Super Méchants arrives with a suitably chaotic cover: a round, wide-eyed creature and a wild-haired, sharp-toothed beast are engulfed by enormous green tentacles, hinting at the extraterrestrial chaos promised by the subtitle Opération Aliens à Bord. Casterman's BD roman format makes this a perfect blend of comic-book energy and illustrated storytelling for young readers who love their villains gloriously unhinged. A wonderfully menacing little package from 2018 that looks like an awful lot of fun.
