Shuzo Oshimi's unsettling psychological seinen continues with this eleventh volume from Ki-oon, and the cover alone makes a powerful impression. Two oversized faces — one wide-eyed and alert, the other half-closed in an almost dreamlike state — loom across a deep crimson field, while yellow butterflies drift between them and a solitary small figure stands lost in the middle distance. The tension between the intimate closeness of those faces and the isolated figure at the center captures exactly the kind of emotional intensity that has made this series so compelling.
