The second volume of Bloz and M'Duc's affectionate satire of French bureaucratic life arrives with a perfectly absurd cover: one harried civil servant wrestles an oversized clock while perched atop a colleague, as a third bureaucrat nearby gets smacked by a flying hat — all under the cheeky subtitle Réduction du temps de travail (Reduction of Working Hours).
