This eighteenth volume in Bercovici and Cauvin's long-running Belgian medical comedy series carries the delightful subtitle Opération Duo des Nonnes, and the cover sets the comic tone perfectly. Two broadly grinning nuns wheel a wide-eyed, shirtless patient on a gurney — hearts floating in the air — while a bemused nurse looks on from behind. It's the kind of warm, irreverent hospital humour that made Les Femmes en Blanc a beloved fixture of Dupuis' catalogue through the 1990s.
