The thirteenth installment of Bercovici and Cauvin's long-running Belgian comedy series finds a nurse standing her ground — clipboard and syringe in hand — atop a pedestal labeled "INFIRMIÈRE," surrounded by a crowd of bemused onlookers while a towering dinosaur skeleton looms behind her. The cover's title, En Voie de Disparition ("On the Way to Extinction"), sets up the series' signature blend of deadpan workplace humor and absurdist charm with a wonderfully wry visual gag. Published by Dupuis in 1995, this volume is a lively entry in one of Franco-Belgian comics' most entertaining medical comedies.
