Created by Maxim Cyr and Karine Gottot, this volume of Les dragouilles sends the lovable little dragon-creatures somewhere cold and festive, with the snowy cover featuring a cheerful gang of them bundled up in holiday sweaters, scarves, and sunglasses beneath the subtitle Les jaunes de Reykjavik. It's a warm, wintery gathering of round, horn-nubbed characters that perfectly captures the series' signature mix of cozy charm and playful personality. A great 2019 pick for fans of all-ages Franco-Canadian comics with a lot of heart.
