Published in 2000 by Kääntöpiiri, this Finnish-language edition brings Alison Bechdel's sharp, warmly observed comics to new readers, with Bechdel handling both the writing and artwork — including the cover pencils and inks. Featuring the story "The Rift," the issue benefits from a Finnish adaptation with lettering by Hannele Kivilahti and writing support from Stina Grönroos. A lovely piece of Bechdel's work in an international context, it's a fine example of how her distinctive voice translated across languages in 2000.
