Marvel's Legion: Son of X — Revenants collects Simon Spurrier, Tan Eng Huat, Dan Brown Davidson, and Diogenes Neves Pham's work on the tortured son of Charles Xavier, and Mike Del Mundo's cover perfectly captures Legion's fractured psyche: David Haller sits curled and contemplative inside a set of Russian nesting dolls, each outer shell painted with the faces of his many personalities — a round pink figure, a tentacled alien visage, and more — all stacked open to reveal him at the center. It's a striking visual metaphor for a character who literally contains multitudes, rendered with Del Mundo's signature whimsical-yet-unsettling style.
