This October–November 1951 DC humor comic spotlights Peter Porkchops in a wonderfully mischievous cover scene by Otto Feuer: a snoozing bear, his face dripping with honey, is slumped against a tree trunk while the grinning little pig gleefully pokes a beehive with a stick — bucket of honey already in hand — as a cat and dog look on from above. It's the kind of lighthearted, slapstick charm that made funny-animal comics such a delight in the early fifties, and Feuer's expressive linework makes every gag land with a smile.
