A fascinating 2018 release from Belgian publisher Frémok, Le Grraaou presents a cover alive with dense, hand-rendered detail — two figures moving through what appears to be a lush, overgrown landscape filled with scattered organic forms and a richly textured environment rendered in earthy, muted tones. The scratchy, expressive linework gives the whole scene a raw, feral energy perfectly suited to that growling title.
