Le griffon #1

This first volume of the Le griffon series, titled 'Les tranche-jarret,' collects the opening chapters of the medieval fantasy saga by writer Jean-Luc Vernal and artist Franz Drappier. Set in a gritty, alternate-history world, the story follows a band of mercenaries known as the Griffon as they navigate brutal conflicts and political intrigue. Originally serialized in the early 1990s, this Alpen Publishers edition compiles the initial episodes of the series' narrative arc.
