The sixth volume of Liliane and Fred Funcken's Le Chevalier Blanc arrives in this 2014 BD Must edition, subtitled Sans Pitié — "Without Mercy" — and the cover wastes no time setting the tone. A determined young knight in a red tunic charges on a rearing white horse, sword raised against a press of blue-hooded, yellow-clad adversaries who surround him on all sides. It's a vivid, cleanly drawn scene that captures the dynamic energy this medieval adventure series does so well.
