The second volume of Le Château des Animaux arrives with a cover by Félix Delep that is quietly breathtaking — a regal white cat stands tall in a swirling snowstorm, her pink collar the only touch of warmth against a pale, wintry world, while slender goats fade ghostlike into the blizzard behind her. The title "Les Marguerites de l'hiver" (Winter Daisies) promises something both delicate and haunting, perfectly mirrored in Delep's ethereal, softly muted palette.
