Reggie Mantle is determined to impress Veronica Lodge and the other girls by building a flashy jalopy to rival Archie’s iconic car—only to discover the whole town has switched to bikes in a sudden smog-fighting push. With his dream of a cool ride derailed, Reggie must rethink his plan while Betty, Dilton, and the rest of the gang navigate the new green trend, all under the watchful eyes of Mr. and Mrs. Mantle.
