In "Top Secret," twelve-year-old Crown Prince Carlo of Lataria flees his war-torn homeland and crash-lands on Spire Peak, where he's discovered by Jake and Perry Condon, who plan to hold him for ransom. With help from the local rescue crew and her keen instincts, Lassie tracks down the boy and outwits the Condon brothers, guiding the prince to safety.
