From the creative team of Katz and Créty, this third chapter of La Pierre du Chaos — subtitled La Marche sur l'Empire — opens with a striking cover: a massive, fur-covered creature stands at the base of an ornate stone staircase, battle-axe in hand, gazing up toward a lone armored figure ascending toward the shadowy heights of what appears to be a grand, cathedral-like hall. Créty's detailed linework gives the setting a weight and grandeur that perfectly matches the epic fantasy tone of this 2022 Drakoo series. If the first two volumes drew you in, this confrontation of scale and atmosphere promises the story is very much escalating.
