L'étonnant Spider-Man #40

In "La maison horrible!", a wealthy man haunted by a nightmare of an atom bomb destroying his home flees to the countryside, seeking safety by building a new house far from the city. But when the ground beneath it proves unstable, the house begins to sink—just as in his worst fear—trapping him in a fate he could not escape.

In "Maléfice!", a native foreman, driven to desperation by his boss’s cruelty, poisons him only to be confronted with a chilling ultimatum: the boss swears to reform—if he’s given the antidote. Now trapped between vengeance and mercy, the foreman must decide whether to let the man live, knowing the promise may be as deadly as the poison itself.
