Finnish cartoonist Ville Ranta handles every creative role — writing, drawing, inking, coloring, and lettering — in this 2013 WSOY release of Kyllä eikä ei, opening with the chapter "Ensimmäinen luku" (First Chapter). The cover art, also entirely by Ranta, sets the tone for what promises to be a deeply personal vision. It's a rare treat to encounter a work so wholly shaped by a single artistic voice.
