Pancho Lorenzo plants a time bomb in the engine of Betty Randle's racing car timed to explode at 11 o'clock during a race. Blake discovers the bomb and removes it. Tinker takes her place and makes sure his car is level with Lorenzo's at 11 o'clock and Lorenzo proves his guilt by swerving off the road to escape the time bomb. He confesses on his way to the hospital.
