"Knockout" #339 is an anthology featuring two main stories: "Deed-a-Dilly Danny," a humorous strip about a boy and his mischievous dog creating domestic chaos; and "Long John Silver's Threat," a pirate adventure in which Captain Smollett confronts the pirate Long John Silver over a treasure map, leading to tense negotiations and threats of treachery. The issue also includes "Inside the Head of the Great Idol," a story featuring the character Ku Ling infiltrating a mysterious temple where he encounters an impostor and discovers sinister plans involving the Rolling Sphere.
