"Deed-a-Day Danny" follows a postman who assists in a tug-of-war contest involving a stubborn goat that refuses to cooperate, ultimately resulting in Danny's charitable intervention preventing the animal from further troublemaking. A continuing adventure serial depicts Edward as a medieval knight who encounters highway robbers and comes to the aid of a young traveler, discovering a mysterious stranger cavalier is helping him in his fight. A science fiction story features characters Seston Blake, Tinker, and others attempting to retrieve a mysterious Rolling Sphere from enemy agents Hoo Sung and Bert, with action involving a hut, an alarm, and a ladder-assisted escape.
