Issue #31 of KISS: Psycho Circus closes out Image's wild run with a cover that goes full throttle into nightmare territory — a KISS-painted figure in dark armor erupts from the maw of a colossal, fang-lined creature, surrounded by billowing yellow flames and coiling green serpentine limbs that sprawl across the entire composition. The scale is genuinely staggering, with the massive beast dominating the frame while tentacles and claws press in from every angle. If 2000 was the final stop on this particular circus tour, the artwork sends it off with the kind of operatic, monster-filled intensity the series was known for.
