Volume 99 of Merho's long-running Belgian series brings us "Mona, de Musical," and the cover sets a wonderfully theatrical mood: a glamorous blonde woman in a sparkling red gown strikes a dramatic, arms-raised pose center stage, while a large orange pumpkin decorated with a bat lurks at her feet and a bemused Kiekeboe peeks out from the background.
