Issue 124 of Merho's long-running Belgian comedy series brings "Stinkend Rijk" — which translates roughly as "Filthy Rich" — and the cover sets a suitably farcical tone. Merho's expressive linework puts two wide-eyed, visibly flustered men — one in a brown jacket, one in a white bathrobe — reacting with theatrical alarm to a woman reclining on a bed in the foreground. Published by Standaard Uitgeverij in 2010, it's another lively entry in the Kiekeboe family's long run of comedic Belgian strip adventures.
