This Winter 1948 issue from Quality Comics puts Kid Eternity and the ghostly Mr. Keeper front and center, the two figures shown swooping dramatically through billowing pink clouds as the cover promises they "fly to the rescue!" Pete Riss's cover art gives Mr. Keeper a flowing, ethereal presence alongside the cap-wearing Kid, the pair clearly diving headlong into some urgent mission together. It's a charming snapshot of one of the era's more imaginative superhero concepts, with Riss's linework lending the duo real energy and motion against that warm yellow background.
