Kid Eternity encounters a peaceful Mr. Keeper during a flight, who points out a fast-moving airplane below—the new super-bomber of the International Security Force. When Kid Eternity attempts to investigate the aircraft, Mr. Keeper warns against concerning himself with it, but the boy becomes involved anyway. The story then shifts to a comedic subplot involving criminals Slinky and Foxy attempting to evade police by hiding their stolen money, with Kid Eternity eventually summoning the historical figure Matthew Brady to help expose their operation. Finally, Kid Eternity encounters a Mexican gang led by a ringleader and calls upon Eternity for assistance, ultimately helping apprehend the criminals with aid from historical figures he summons.
