Kerry Drake #12

Kerry Drake investigates a diamond theft ring operating in the North Grant Avenue district, following a lead on a paint truck that was spotted at the crime scene. When Drake corners the suspect, known as Kid Gloves, on a rooftop, the criminal attempts a desperate escape by building a makeshift bridge to an adjacent building, but Drake pursues and apprehends him before he can flee. The issue also includes a "Snoopy" humor strip in which a man attempts to sell a vacuum cleaner, only to have his money stolen by a pig, leading to various comedic misadventures.
