Volume 33 of Mine Yoshizaki's long-running Kadokawa Comics A series finds everyone's favorite would-be alien conqueror in fine form — the cover shows Sergeant Keroro helmeted up and cruising on an electric scooter, looking equal parts determined and adorable. It's a wonderfully low-key image for a frog who supposedly has galactic domination on his to-do list, and it captures the gentle absurdist humor that has kept this series going strong across more than three dozen volumes.
