This first volume of the Kenro series collects the opening chapters of a supernatural action story set in feudal Japan, where a young samurai named Kenro can see and communicate with ghosts. Written and illustrated by the French creator team of Jean-David Morvan and Philippe Buchet, this trade paperback introduces Kenro's struggle to protect the living from malevolent spirits while grappling with his own haunted past. Published by Les Humanoïdes Associés, this edition gathers the early installments of the series originally serialized in 2007.
