Katy Keene Comics #53

This cheerful 1960 Archie Series issue captures Katy Keene in her voluminous red dress, reacting with dismay as her little red-haired sister (glasses and all) drags an oversized ink pen across the scene, having apparently tried to do "the boss a favor" — with messy results. Bill Woggon's breezy, fashion-forward artwork gives the cover a warm, comedic charm, while the tagline promises "out of the inkwell come more exciting adventures of Katy and her gang!"
